2468 what is it we really hate...

So yesterday i did the fast!
it was perfect :)

Tomorrow will be starting my 2468 diet.
So here is my schedule for the week:
Sunday - 200 cals
Monday - 400 cals
Tuesday - 600 cals
Wednesday - 800 cals
Thursday - 200 cals
Friday - 400 cals
Saturday - 600 cals
Sunday - 800 cals
And we will see how its gone by then.

Today im just going to raise my metabolism so that im good for sunday.
i think that's best.
